Key Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and potentially phone regarding orders, products, shipping, returns, and general service.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving ability and empathy.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and detailed interaction logs within our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, product development) to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Educating customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Identifying trends in customer feedback and escalating critical issues to management for strategic resolution.
  • Assisting with order processing, modifications, and cancellations as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuously learning about new products, services, and company policies to provide up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
  • Contributing to the development of customer success resources, FAQs, and self-help guides.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort with various software platforms (e-commerce, CRM, communication tools).
  • Exceptional empathy and active listening skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, particularly in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
