Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote point of contact for employee inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits, setting up access to systems, and conducting initial orientation.
