As a Remote ERP Systems Partner, you will be instrumental in guiding our diverse client base through the entire ERP lifecycle, from initial consultation and comprehensive needs assessment to successful implementation, ongoing optimization, and dedicated support. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and successful implementation of ERP solutions for diverse clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and customisations.
  • Conduct comprehensive system testing, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide impactful user training sessions.
  • Manage ERP project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on scope and on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for various ERP modules and functionalities, providing guidance and support.
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvement and system optimization to enhance client operations.
  • Liaise with ERP vendors and third-party integrators to ensure seamless system integration and updates.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot complex ERP-related issues.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ years) with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
  • Strong business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in data migration strategies and system integration techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies for new systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant ERP vendor certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate).
  • Previous experience working in an IT consulting firm or similar client-facing role.
  • Knowledge of specific industry verticals (e.g., manufacturing, finance, retail, professional services).
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
  • Postgraduate qualification or relevant professional accreditation.
