Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and successful implementation of ERP solutions for diverse clients.
- Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and customisations.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide impactful user training sessions.
- Manage ERP project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on scope and on schedule.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Act as a subject matter expert for various ERP modules and functionalities, providing guidance and support.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and system optimization to enhance client operations.
- Liaise with ERP vendors and third-party integrators to ensure seamless system integration and updates.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot complex ERP-related issues.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
- Strong business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in data migration strategies and system integration techniques.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
