As a Remote Executive Recruiter at Kforce, you will be instrumental in driving our clients’ success by strategically sourcing and securing executive leadership that aligns perfectly with their long-term strategic vision and organizational culture. You will expertly manage the entire executive recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and strategic candidate sourcing to comprehensive candidate assessment, meticulous offer negotiation, and successful placement. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-lifecycle executive search assignments, from comprehensive candidate identification and rigorous screening to complex offer negotiation and seamless onboarding support.
  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain a robust network of executive-level professionals and key industry contacts.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, C-suite executives, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand their strategic hiring needs and unique company culture.
  • Craft compelling, executive-level job descriptions and develop innovative recruitment strategies tailored to high-profile roles.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including sophisticated direct outreach, professional networks, executive databases, and market intelligence, to identify passive, top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and comprehensive assessments to thoroughly evaluate candidates' qualifications, extensive experience, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
  • Provide expert guidance and strategic insights to both clients and candidates throughout the entire hiring process, including current market trends and competitive compensation benchmarks.
  • Negotiate intricate offers and compensation packages, ensuring alignment with client budgets and candidate expectations.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date candidate and client information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Stay continuously informed of industry trends, market conditions, economic shifts, and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of dedicated executive recruiting or high-level professional staffing experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates across diverse industries and functions.
  • Expertise in full-lifecycle recruitment, encompassing strategic sourcing, in-depth interviewing, and complex offer negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation structures, benefits, and current market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and executive candidates.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple high-priority searches concurrently, and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR)).
  • Experience recruiting within specialized sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Demonstrated experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion sourcing strategies for executive roles.
  • Previous experience working for a large national staffing firm or a reputable executive search firm.
  • Familiarity with various executive assessment tools and psychometric evaluations.
