Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage schedules for fitness coaches and client appointments.
- Facilitate communication between coaches and members, ensuring timely responses and information flow.
- Prepare and organize program materials, resources, and client onboarding documents.
- Maintain accurate client records and track program progress using our digital platforms.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new coaching clients, ensuring a seamless start to their journey.
- Provide technical support for virtual sessions and online platforms as needed.
- Monitor program feedback and assist in compiling reports for continuous improvement.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts for coaching programs, including social media scheduling and content preparation.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the coaching department.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative or assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
