The Range is seeking a proactive and efficient Remote Fulfilment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of customer orders from our distribution networks to their final destination. You will act as a critical link between our customers, logistics partners, and internal departments, meticulously tracking shipments, resolving fulfilment issues, and optimising delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process for online and, where applicable, in-store customer orders.
- Track shipments, update order statuses, and communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery estimates and any potential delays.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse teams, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient dispatch and delivery.
- Investigate and resolve fulfilment discrepancies, such as missing items, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries, escalating issues as necessary.
- Process returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all fulfilment activities, including inventory movements and delivery performance data.
- Generate regular reports on fulfilment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and operational efficiencies to enhance service levels.
- Support the continuous improvement of fulfilment processes and systems by providing feedback and suggestions.
- Provide exceptional remote customer service for all fulfilment-related queries, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with peak season planning and execution to manage increased order volumes and maintain service standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfilment coordination roles.
- Proficiency in order management systems (OMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, especially data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Specific experience with e-commerce fulfilment processes and platforms.
- Familiarity with various shipping platforms and national/international carrier services.
- Knowledge of retail operations and consumer goods distribution methodologies.
- Certifications in supply chain or logistics management (e.g., CILT, APICS).
