Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial remote technical support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (Tier 2/3 support) with detailed documentation.
- Document all helpdesk interactions, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-up actions, in our ticketing system.
- Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and basic system access issues.
- Educate users on best practices for system usage and basic self-service troubleshooting.
- Monitor and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
