Job Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for optimizing recruitment processes? The Mauritius Commercial Bank is seeking a dedicated Remote HR Applicant Tracking Support Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this pivotal remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing critical support to our recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of recruitment data, troubleshooting system issues, and generating insightful reports that contribute to our talent acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical and functional support for all users of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Manage and maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of candidate data within the ATS.
  • Assist in creating, posting, and updating job requisitions and advertisements on various platforms through the ATS.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and other talent acquisition data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ATS-related issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Develop and update user guides and training materials for ATS functionalities and best practices.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of new ATS features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local Mauritian laws) within the ATS environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for ATS optimization and process improvements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support role, with significant exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proven proficiency with at least one major ATS (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR data management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations specific to Mauritius or international standards.
  • Certification in HR or HR systems administration.
