Vodacom Tanzania is seeking a dynamic Remote Influencer Outreach Campaign Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial research and outreach to negotiation, content review, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research relevant micro and macro-influencers across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter) whose audience aligns with Vodacom's brand values and target demographics.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to establish meaningful relationships with influencers and their agents.
  • Negotiate fair and competitive compensation packages and campaign terms, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to brief influencers on campaign objectives, messaging, and content requirements.
  • Oversee the content creation process, providing guidance and feedback to influencers to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze influencer campaign performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform changes in the influencer marketing space.
  • Manage budgets effectively for influencer campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Maintain a robust database of influencer contacts and campaign histories.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital PR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and vet suitable influencers.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and reporting platforms.
