Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to policyholder inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding policy coverages, billing, claims processes, and general insurance questions.
  • Educate clients on various insurance products and services, ensuring they understand their options and benefits.
  • Assist policyholders with policy changes, updates, and renewals, accurately documenting all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Underwriting, Claims) to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to insurance support.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
