Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via ticketing system, email, and remote communication tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve common operating system (Windows, macOS) and application (MS Office, web browsers) problems.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.
  • Educate users on best practices for software usage and security.
  • Monitor system performance and contribute to proactive issue identification.
