Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, chat, and remote assistance tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripheral equipment, and software applications for end-users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and platforms.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and procedures accurately in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams when necessary.
- Participate in routine system checks, updates, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Assist with on-site IT needs and hardware deployments during scheduled hybrid visits to the Kotzebue office.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
