Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve common IT problems, including connectivity issues, software installation, peripheral setup, and basic system configurations.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and escalations in the ticketing system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Guide users through problem-solving steps, ensuring clear communication and user satisfaction.
