Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches using various academic databases (e.g., PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science) and other relevant online resources.
- Systematically screen, review, and critically appraise identified literature for relevance and quality based on predefined criteria.
- Extract key data points and synthesize information from multiple sources into coherent summaries, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain meticulous records of search strategies, included/excluded studies, and extracted data.
- Assist in the development and refinement of research protocols, search strategies, and data extraction forms.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all literature review outputs.
- Collaborate effectively with research leads and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver timely results.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of literature review methodologies and tools within the team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with academic literature search techniques and database navigation.
- Strong analytical and critical appraisal skills for evaluating research studies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
