As our Remote LMS Assistant, you will be the backbone of our digital learning infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on the day-to-day administration and support of our LMS, ensuring all users can access and engage with our learning content seamlessly. This includes everything from user account management and course setup to troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining data integrity. You will work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and HR teams to upload, update, and organize a diverse range of learning materials, ensuring they are accessible and presented in an engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course creation, and content upload.
- Provide technical support to LMS users, troubleshooting issues related to access, navigation, and course content.
- Collaborate with content creators and instructional designers to upload, update, and organize learning materials within the LMS.
- Monitor LMS performance, generate reports on user activity, course completion, and overall engagement.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for LMS processes, user guides, and FAQs.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS, adhering to relevant privacy policies.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of new LMS features, updates, and integrations.
- Identify opportunities for improving the LMS user experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for new users on how to effectively utilize the LMS.
- Stay updated on LMS best practices and emerging e-learning technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in LMS administration or support (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, TalentLMS, Docebo).
- Proficiency with common e-learning authoring tools and file formats (SCORM, xAPI, AICC).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software and user issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
