Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically proficient Remote Microsoft 365 Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires an individual who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks while leveraging the full suite of Microsoft 365 applications to enhance our operational efficiency and support our distributed workforce. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, from scheduling and managing calendars in Outlook to creating impactful presentations in PowerPoint, organizing data in Excel, and facilitating collaborative projects in SharePoint and Teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements (virtual and occasional physical) using Outlook.
  • Prepare and format professional documents, reports, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organize and manage shared files and documents within SharePoint and OneDrive, ensuring proper access controls and versioning.
  • Facilitate and support virtual meetings and webinars using Microsoft Teams, including setting up calls, managing participants, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Assist with onboarding new remote employees, setting up their M365 accounts, and providing basic usage guidance.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries related to Microsoft 365 applications, offering first-line support or escalating issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain efficient administrative procedures and documentation for remote operations.
  • Manage email correspondence, filter important communications, and draft responses on behalf of senior staff.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize Microsoft 365 usage and identify opportunities for improved productivity.
  • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and generate reports to support business operations and decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

  • Previous experience supporting a remote or distributed team.
