Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive usability tests on various mobile applications and digital platforms according to established protocols.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clear, concise descriptions and reproducible steps.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback and suggestions for improving user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
- Simulate diverse user scenarios to ensure robust testing under varying conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and developers to communicate findings and propose solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all testing activities, results, and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends, UX/UI best practices, and testing methodologies.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss test plans, progress, and outcomes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
