Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive usability tests on various mobile applications and digital platforms according to established protocols.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clear, concise descriptions and reproducible steps.
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback and suggestions for improving user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
  • Simulate diverse user scenarios to ensure robust testing under varying conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and developers to communicate findings and propose solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all testing activities, results, and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends, UX/UI best practices, and testing methodologies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss test plans, progress, and outcomes.
