Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage, organize, and maintain digital files and critical documents.
  • Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and occasional calls, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  • Skillfully schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments, sending timely reminders and preparing all necessary supporting materials.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance in the preparation of diverse reports, impactful presentations, and other vital administrative documents.
  • Execute basic research and accurate data entry tasks as required to support departmental needs.
  • Safeguard confidential information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and adherence to privacy protocols.
  • Monitor and manage remote office 'supplies' (e.g., software licenses, digital tools) and initiate reorders when necessary.
  • Deliver broad general administrative support to various departments and individual team members.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and implement improvements to enhance remote administrative processes and workflows.
  • Effectively liaise with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of tasks and projects.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as an Office Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role (minimum 2 years).
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and superior time management skills, crucial for remote work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sesotho.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively without direct supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Possession of a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, functional home office setup.
