Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process student enrollments, course registrations, and withdrawals.
  • Upload, organise, and maintain course content, materials, and resources on our learning management system (LMS).
  • Provide first-line technical support to students and instructors regarding platform access and basic functionalities.
  • Monitor course progress, track deadlines, and send timely reminders to students and faculty.
  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of live online sessions, webinars, and virtual meetings.
  • Generate reports on student engagement, course completion, and other key metrics.
  • Respond to student inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with course instructors and content developers to ensure accuracy and consistency of materials.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the online learning department.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
