Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers/warehouses, and implement strategies to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order reception to shipment tracking and post-delivery support.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, products, and website functionality, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Implement and schedule promotional campaigns, discounts, and website updates as directed by client marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of online store performance, identifying areas for improvement in user experience, conversion rates, and SEO.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure website functionality and content align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
