Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule online workshops, webinars, and training sessions efficiently.
  • Manage comprehensive participant registration processes, including sending timely confirmations and reminders.
  • Prepare all necessary digital materials, presentations, and resources for upcoming workshops.
  • Set up and thoroughly test virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) before each session.
  • Provide technical support to presenters and attendees during live online workshops, troubleshooting issues promptly.
  • Monitor chat functions, polls, and Q&A sessions, relaying relevant questions to presenters in real-time.
  • Assist with post-workshop tasks, including sending follow-up emails, distributing materials, and collecting feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of workshop attendance, feedback, and performance metrics for reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with content creators and trainers to ensure workshop objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Research and recommend new tools or strategies to continuously enhance the online workshop experience.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with various virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
