Career.zycto is seeking an exceptionally talented and highly motivated Remote Product Designer to join our dynamic and distributed team. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who thrives in a flexible, remote environment, yet is deeply committed to collaborative problem-solving and delivering outstanding user experiences. As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and refining our next-generation products, playing a pivotal role from initial discovery and user research through to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and impactful user journey.
Your day-to-day will involve tackling complex design challenges, translating user needs and business goals into intuitive interfaces, and championing user-centered design principles across all stages of the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Translate user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various platforms (web, mobile).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the product development process.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, advocating for user needs and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our design capabilities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design.
- Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of typography, color, and layout.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to inform design decisions.
- Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation in UI design.
- Working knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with engineers.
- Experience designing for complex enterprise software or SaaS products.
