Job Description

Kyan is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Remote Product Feedback Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of our users, meticulously collecting, analysing, and synthesising feedback to guide the evolution of our digital products. Your work will directly influence product development, ensuring that our solutions remain intuitive, effective, and deeply aligned with user expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, categorise, and analyse qualitative and quantitative user feedback from various channels (e.g., surveys, interviews, support tickets, app store reviews, social media).
  • Identify key trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement based on comprehensive feedback analysis.
  • Generate clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for product teams, highlighting critical user insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to integrate user feedback into the product roadmap and development cycles.
  • Design and implement feedback collection strategies, including surveys, user interviews, and usability tests, to gather targeted insights.
  • Monitor user sentiment and product performance post-launch, tracking the impact of implemented changes.
  • Champion the user perspective within the organisation, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of all product decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in user research, feedback analysis, and product management.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a product-focused role involving user feedback, research, or analysis.
  • Proven ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with feedback management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Intercom, Zendesk, Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a digital agency or a technology/SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with UX research methodologies and design thinking principles.
  • Knowledge of product management lifecycle and agile development processes.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to validate feedback-driven hypotheses.
