Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Product Rollout Partner to join our dynamic team, operating from the Trumpington, Cambridge area, though working entirely remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between innovative product development and successful market adoption. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, marketing, sales, and client teams to strategize, plan, and execute seamless product launches for cutting-edge technologies and solutions. Your expertise will ensure that new products not only meet technical specifications but are also positioned effectively for their target markets, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to commercial success.
As a Remote Product Rollout Partner, you will be responsible for defining rollout strategies, developing comprehensive launch plans, coordinating cross-functional activities, and communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders. You will champion the product’s journey from late-stage development through to post-launch evaluation, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively devising solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product rollout strategies and launch plans in collaboration with internal and client teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure timely and effective product launches.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch success and establish mechanisms for tracking and reporting.
- Manage communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on launch progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify potential market entry barriers and develop strategies to overcome them, ensuring optimal product positioning.
- Create and manage launch-related documentation, including timelines, budgets, and communication materials.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Act as a central point of contact for all rollout-related inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform future rollout strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to client teams on market readiness and go-to-market execution.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in product management, project management, or market launch roles, specifically within technology or innovation-driven sectors.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and G Suite/Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, showing initiative and self-motivation.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable rollout plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience working with B2B technology products or complex innovation projects.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Product Management.

- Experience in a consulting environment or client-facing roles.
