This flexible, part-time opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the quality and innovation of our world-renowned pet products from the comfort of your own home in Topeka, Kansas. As a Remote Product Tester, you will play a crucial role in evaluating new and existing pet food products, treats, and potentially other pet care items. Your feedback will directly influence product development, ensuring that Hill’s continues to deliver the highest standards of nutrition, palatability, and overall product experience for pets and their owners.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured evaluation, can provide objective and detailed feedback, and has a flexible schedule. You will receive various Hill’s products to test with your own pet(s) (if applicable and compliant with our testing guidelines) or evaluate specific product attributes such as packaging, scent, texture, and usability. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack product samples safely and according to provided instructions.
- Carefully follow detailed testing protocols and guidelines for each assigned product.
- Observe and document pet reactions, consumption patterns, and overall satisfaction with tested products (if applicable).
- Evaluate product attributes such as packaging, scent, texture, ease of use, and overall quality.
- Provide clear, concise, and objective written feedback through online surveys, questionnaires, or structured reports.
- Adhere to specified timelines for completing tests and submitting feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all product information and testing data.
- Communicate effectively with the Hill's Pet Nutrition team regarding testing progress or any encountered issues.
- Ensure a clean and organized testing environment, particularly when involving pet food products.
