Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Remote Program Analyst to join our dynamic team, operating entirely within the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Support Program Managers in the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret program data to identify key trends, risks, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and resource allocation trackers.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for various stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of program status and insights.
- Facilitate program meetings, document key decisions, action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in stakeholder management, coordinating communication and ensuring alignment across diverse teams and business units.
- Monitor program budget and resource utilization, flagging discrepancies and supporting corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management methodologies and tools within the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a Program Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
