Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, tasks, resources, and dependencies.
- Perform critical path analysis to identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress against baselines, identify variances, and report on schedule performance.
- Prepare and present detailed schedule reports, progress updates, and forecasts to internal teams and clients.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and incorporate feedback to refine project plans.
- Identify, track, and manage changes to project scope, ensuring schedule impacts are accurately assessed and communicated.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company scheduling standards.
- Support the development of 'what-if' scenarios to analyze potential impacts of various project decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project planning and control function.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or similar role in a project-driven environment.
- Expert proficiency with project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and create clear, concise reports.
