Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases based on detailed test plans and specifications to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and meticulously track software defects using our designated bug tracking system.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide clear, concise, and reproducible bug reports, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual outcomes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and release notes.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to discussions about product quality, testing strategies, and continuous improvement.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by providing guidance and collecting feedback from end-users as needed.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies within the team.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software QA methodologies and processes.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
