Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive quality checks on new and existing product data listings across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards and brand guidelines.
- Verify product attributes, descriptions, specifications, imagery, pricing, and categorisation against original source documentation and established databases.
- Identify, document, and report any inconsistencies, errors, or missing information in product data listings.
- Collaborate effectively with data entry specialists, merchandising teams, and e-commerce managers to facilitate timely corrections and updates.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product data standards, classification hierarchies, and content requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements to data collection, entry, and management processes to enhance overall data quality and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality control checklists and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to data accuracy and report on findings regularly.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required, maintaining open communication despite the remote setup.
- Ensure all product data complies with relevant industry regulations and internal policies.
