Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize digital files, records, and databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, memos, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, virtual event coordination, and document preparation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage virtual calendars for team members, ensuring timely reminders and scheduling.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho.
