Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.
- Draft and send professional communications to candidates, providing updates on their application status.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms and job boards.
- Prepare onboarding documents and assist with pre-employment checks.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Generate recruitment reports and assist with data entry as required.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries during the interview process.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in an administrative support or customer service role.
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
