Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media) to identify passive and active candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, introducing them to Econet Wireless Zimbabwe and assessing their interest and qualifications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-quality applicants.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitive landscapes, and effective sourcing channels.
- Pre-screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
- Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or a similar talent acquisition role (minimum 18 months).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Strong command of various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search operators, online job boards).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- High degree of adaptability and comfort with technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience sourcing for roles within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and candidate engagement best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Certificate or diploma in Human Resources or Recruitment.
