Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all responses adhere to brand voice guidelines and company communication standards.
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to appropriate senior team members for resolution.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to review volume, sentiment, and response times.
  • Collaborate effectively with customer service, marketing, and sales teams to align messaging and strategies.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and any new developments to provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all written communications.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
