Together Money is seeking a talented Remote Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's risk management framework and compliance policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews, identifying potential gaps and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, PRA) and assess their impact on the business, ensuring timely updates to policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed compliance reports, risk dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Provide advice and guidance to business units on risk and compliance matters, fostering a strong risk awareness culture.
- Investigate compliance breaches and operational incidents, coordinating corrective actions and follow-up reviews.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to staff on key risk and compliance topics.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of all risk and compliance activities and documentation.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or regulatory role within financial services.
- Strong understanding of UK financial services regulations (FCA handbook, GDPR, AML, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICA Certificate/Diploma in Compliance or Risk Management, CRISC, FRM).
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software or tools.
- A degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
