In this crucial role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for many of our future clients, embodying the professional and caring ethos of Nyaradzo. Your primary objective will be to meticulously prospect for new business leads through various channels including outbound calls, strategic email campaigns, and targeted social media engagement. You will be tasked with effectively communicating the comprehensive value proposition of Nyaradzo’s tailored funeral assurance and financial planning services, articulating how we provide peace of mind and security to individuals and families across Zimbabwe. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social media) to identify potential clients.
- Qualify leads effectively based on established criteria to ensure high-quality appointments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, managing their calendars efficiently.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate Nyaradzo's value proposition to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and market trends to enhance lead qualification.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and lead conversions.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights to improve overall sales processes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Basic understanding of the financial services or assurance industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with virtual communication tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

- Prior experience working remotely.
- Fluency in Ndebele or Shona in addition to English.
