Concentrix is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Scheduler to join our dynamic global team. As a Remote Scheduler, you will be the backbone of efficient time management, responsible for orchestrating appointments, meetings, and resource allocations for various internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring all necessary parties are informed of schedules and logistics.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively identify solutions, rebooking and communicating changes as required.
  • Utilize various scheduling software and communication platforms efficiently to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries, providing clear and timely responses.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and reminders as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned, supporting overall team efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and clients regarding scheduling matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
