Key Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging written, visual, and video content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for engagement and content creation.
  • Utilize social media management and analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets, optimizing ad spend for maximum reach and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, contests, and other initiatives to drive audience participation and brand loyalty.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in social media campaign management and strategy (minimum 3 years)
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
