Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze social media campaign performance, report on key metrics, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key stakeholders to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years)
- Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
