Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance, report on key metrics, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and key stakeholders to expand brand reach and engagement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years)
  • Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) for creating engaging visuals.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
