Career.zycto is seeking a highly vigilant, empathetic, and detail-oriented Remote Social Media Moderator to join our growing team. As a Remote Social Media Moderator, you will be the frontline guardian of online communities, responsible for ensuring that all user-generated content adheres to established guidelines and fosters a positive user experience.
This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from your home base in Arcadia, Phoenix, or anywhere within the designated time zones, while collaborating with a dynamic team scattered across various locations. You will meticulously monitor a variety of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, identifying and addressing content that violates community standards. This includes proactively spotting spam, misinformation, hate speech, harassment, and other forms of inappropriate content, and taking swift action to remove or escalate it. Beyond just enforcement, you will also play a critical role in community engagement, responding to user inquiries, facilitating positive discussions, and acting as a bridge between the community and our clients’ brands.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
