Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and update comprehensive virtual training modules and curricula focused on a wide range of soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution).
  • Deliver highly engaging and interactive live online training sessions to individuals and groups of varying professional backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Utilize advanced virtual collaboration tools and learning platforms to facilitate dynamic and participatory learning experiences.
  • Assess participant needs, tailor training content and delivery to meet specific learning objectives and organizational goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and support to participants to enhance skill acquisition and application.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and follow-up activities, making data-driven improvements.
  • Stay current with industry best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and soft skills development.

  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and feedback.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or Facilitator, specifically in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences virtually.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum development.
  • Proficiency with virtual conferencing and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Miro).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt training styles and content to various learning preferences and participant needs.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling training materials (e.g., presentations, handouts, exercises).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Communication, or a related field.
  • Certification in professional coaching, training, or a specific soft skill methodology (e.g., DISC, EQ-i 2.0).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment.
