Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and existing functionalities.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, track, and retest bugs using issue tracking systems, providing clear and concise reproduction steps.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements, clarify specifications, and ensure testability of features.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Assist in maintaining and expanding automated test suites where applicable.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
- Familiarity with web and mobile application testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
