Key Responsibilities
- Assist Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) in implementing therapy programs and interventions virtually.
- Prepare, organize, and manage digital and physical therapy materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and administrative documentation.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and caregivers under SLT supervision.
- Support the technical setup and smooth operation of virtual therapy sessions, troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and handling inquiries.
- Monitor and report on patient progress and engagement to supervising SLTs, highlighting any observations.
- Adhere strictly to all confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection guidelines (e.g., GDPR).
- Actively participate in remote team meetings, supervision sessions, and continuous professional development training.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
