Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research, collection, and analysis of market data, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Support the preparation of strategic reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and project teams.
  • Coordinate and schedule strategic planning meetings, workshops, and review sessions, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
  • Maintain and organise strategic planning documentation, databases, and project management tools.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between various departments and project stakeholders regarding strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic objectives.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative and research tasks to support the wider strategic planning team as needed.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of strategic planning processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a support role requiring strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills for data manipulation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing clear and concise reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or project coordination within a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or project management software.
