Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve student concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to student onboarding and program participation.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of student support resources and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve support processes.
