Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and empathetic support to students via email, chat, and occasional phone calls.
- Address student inquiries related to course content, platform navigation, administrative processes, and technical issues.
- Guide students through online learning resources and troubleshoot common problems.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments (e.g., academic advisors, technical support) and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and support tickets using our CRM system.
- Assist with onboarding new students, ensuring they have a smooth start to their learning experience.
- Identify common student challenges and suggest improvements to support processes and resources.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of FAQ documents and self-help resources for students.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated empathy and a student-centric approach to support.
- Proficiency in using online communication tools (e.g., email, chat platforms).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
