Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Remote Subscription Churn Reduction Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in understanding, predicting, and ultimately reducing customer churn across our diverse range of subscription services. Working remotely from Xai-Xai, Gaza Province, you will leverage advanced data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and machine learning to identify key drivers of customer attrition. Your insights will directly inform strategic decisions, marketing campaigns, product development, and customer service initiatives aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of customer churn.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast churn risk for different customer segments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to design and execute targeted churn reduction strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate churn insights, trends, and the impact of initiatives to stakeholders.
- Recommend actionable strategies for customer retention, personalization, and service improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in churn management and data analytics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling (e.g., Python, R).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications in data analytics or machine learning.
