Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates for current and future roles using various online platforms, databases, and professional networks.
  • Maintain and regularly update our candidate database/CRM system with accurate and comprehensive information, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach, building genuine relationships and assessing their interest and potential fit.
  • Assist recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess basic qualifications, cultural fit, and align candidate aspirations with Delta's opportunities.
  • Perform research on industry trends, competitor talent pools, and best practices in talent acquisition to inform our sourcing strategies.
  • Generate regular reports on pipeline status, candidate engagement metrics, and sourcing effectiveness to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies in all candidate management activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand specific hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
