Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Tech Monitoring Aide to join our growing virtual team. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the continuous and optimal operation of various IT systems, networks, and applications for our clients. Working remotely from Nampula, Nampula Province, you will be the eyes and ears of our technical operations, proactively identifying potential issues, responding to alerts, and escalating critical incidents to senior technical staff when necessary. Your day-to-day will involve constant engagement with monitoring tools and dashboards, analyzing data for anomalies, and performing initial troubleshooting steps. Key Responsibilities
