You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles, from initial requisition to offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract top technical talent using various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.).
- Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant technologies (e.g., software development, cloud infrastructure, data science, engineering disciplines).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for roles in manufacturing, agriculture technology, or heavy equipment industries.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Certifications in recruitment (e.g., CIR, CDR) are a plus.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar modern ATS.
