Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, and phone, addressing user inquiries and resolving basic technical issues.

  • Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system, maintaining detailed records.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams with clear and concise handover notes.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge base articles and user-facing FAQs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a remote setting to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay updated on product changes, new features, and common technical issues to continuously improve support quality.

Required Skills
